On Thursday, September 22, 2022 Nicola Wealth Real Estate presents this anticipated event, bringing together real estate leaders to share their perspectives on the present state of the industry.

To kick off the program, Wealth Advisor | Client Relationship Manager, Ethan Astaneh, will present a macro-economic overview on the factors that are top of mind for investors as they navigate volatility in the investment landscape.

Managing Director, Nicola Wealth Real Estate, Mark Hannah will then host a fireside chat with Liberal party leader, Kevin Falcon, where they will discuss market housing, social housing, pace of development approvals, and how the private sector can help the public sector.

Following their dialogue, we welcome an expert panel on the Canadian real estate market with a focus on Vancouver real estate development. In a moderated discussion, these industry authorities will weigh in on the impact of current and future market trends and major disruptors in the real estate environment, such as rising interest rates, development cost creep and supply chain issues, and approvals and permitting.
